great service most of the time but twice after a service call an aid did not work before I got home . Problem was fixed quickly .

Concept of Iowa in Grinnell is terrific! The hearing aid provided is the best my husband has ever had/used - and he has tried many varieties over the years. The friendly and knowledgeable service offered by Kathy Shaw is top notch!! Kathy always takes the time to help him. He is an 84 year old man with advanced Parkinsonu2019s Disease so his needs dealing with the ongoing upkeep of small hearing aid parts is greater than many others. We are so grateful to Kathy and do recommend Concept and Kathy to our friends and neighbors.

Kathy was a professional during all phases of the testing and was honest with me. We had a wonderful visit after the appt was over. The only negative was having trouble finding the testing location.

Was very pleased with the hearing test and diagnosis. Dr. Kathy took her time to make sure everything was as it should be and even gave us her card if we had any questions. Really felt like she wanted to help make it a great experience.

Kathy is the best. She ALWAYS makes sure you are happy within your hearing and makes sure you know how the work them.

Appt with Kathy at the Grinnell office was terrific! Appt started on time, first time check-in was fast and easy, medical tests were performed in a controlled environment, the office is equipped with good equipment, after test reports were presented clearly. For me no hearing aids were required so my experience ended there.

Kathy Shaw spends so much time with me and makes sure everything is up to date and is working correctly. Totally reprograms the aids if they need it, is constantly asking questions about the sound- is it tinny, to loud, not loud enough, how are they in the car, in the wind. I work in a lunch room and was having trouble hearing the kids because of the back ground noise and she is continually working with me to get this perfect!! She is a God send. So happy I made the change to Concept and Kathy. She is the best! Kathy

This is my first experience with hearing aids and she has helped me adjust to my new world of sound. She listens to your questions and concerns, and answers and adjusts as needed to ensure you are hearing your best. They provide a comfortable climate, which put me at ease during the exam, with no pressure after to purchase anything. I am very happy with the service and my devices.

We have had a great experience with Concept by Iowa Hearing in Grinnell, IA. Kathy is very kind and professional, as well as the staff who have called us for appointments and reminders. We came in to see about getting hearing aids for my dad who has very severe hearing loss and had not been able to hear for over 40 years. We werenu2019t even sure if any type of aid would help him due to the severity of his loss, but after testing and adjusting and fitting, my dad can now hear, which is an answer to prayer and a true miracle. Kathy is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions through each step of the process, making sure that we understood all of the options and details and helped make certain that Dad (& his ears!) felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Concept by Iowa Hearing to anyone who might have hearing issues. I would leave more than 5 stars if it would let me.

I am so glad I found Concept by Iowa Hearing here in Grinnell - Kathy and Stacy are wonderful. They make sure everything is working properly and I am happy when I leave. I know that if I ever have a problem, they will fix it, and always at no charge to me. If they are not in Grinnell that day, I know I can find them in either Pella or Oskaloosa, and I can see them there.

Love my new hearing aids the clarity is much better than my old hearing aids. The streaming to my phone is much improved and the service I receive is so great.

I really enjoy my hearing aids. Without my hearing aids it sounds like some one has put pillows over my ears. With the hearing aids in it sounds crystal clear. It has four settings that I use, one for while riding in the car, one for in the wind, one for in a restaurant, and then the basic.. The service in Grinnell is great and all I have to do is buy batteries. All appointment are cost free.
