Great customer service.

Hello ! I am Colleen and I want to share a little about my life being nearly deaf as a child and not having hearing aids until I was older. It was difficult in school all 12 years ! Working at jobs was difficult as well. I did get hearing aids later on in life, it helped a lot actually I nearly wore them out ! Then I got a letter in the mail from Tina ! This is where my hearing has changed ! I can now hear ! With Sabrina and Tina's help and knowledge I wear one hearing aid with a Roger device . I will be 72 years old this winter and I can hear my family, go to their sport events and enjoy life ! Thank you to Tina and Sabrina, as they are fabulous !!

Excellent experience all around! Thanks to Amber for scheduling a timely appointment and resolving billing concerns. Am extremely happy to have been helped by Tina! Appreciate her willingness to take on a client from another practice and solve problems we have been trying to resolve for about a year! (Including some we didnu2019t even realize were an issue). For the first time I feel like my hearing aids are performing as intended, and I know how to use the many features available ! If I could give more than 5 stars i would!

Tina takes such good care of my old dad, I can't imagine finding better service anywhere else. I highly recommend the Waterloo office to anyone who requires hearing aids.

Mom was done with her appt and we were about to leave when mom made a comment about how something sounded (she hadnu2019t noticed it earlier) and Josh took her right back to get it right. I appreciated that he didnu2019t want her leaving if there was something that still needed tweaking.

Today, I came to see an audiologist for my ear infection and to get new hearing aids. Iu2019m deaf and havenu2019t gotten new hearing aids for a few years now. Josh kept encouraging me to get a cochlear implant when I made it clear that I prefer hearing aids. After leaving this building, Iu2019m having a mental breakdown. I donu2019t appreciate how he talks to me.

Tina is great to work with. She takes her time to ask if there are any issues since my last visit and deals with them. Usually itu2019s just a cleaning and Iu2019m on my way. I love my hearing instruments and thank Ron Gonder for his advice.

Very patient with me

The staff was very professional. From the moment we entered until we left they were attentive to my hearing difficulties. As they tested and explained to us my hearing problems, they showed the features of the hearing aid they recommended. They fit me with a pair to try out in their office. I had told them I was going to look at another company and I felt no pressure to decide. I walked out with a pair in my ears and have enjoyed them now for almost 5 days. I was told,once I received the molds they were making, I would hear even better. I am looking forward to evaluating them during the trial period. I have been putting them through many different hearing scenarios to see how they respond and have not been disappointed.

I feel very positive about the hearing aids that I am getting. I feel good about be able to hear again. Josh was very helpful in the choice of the ones I needed.

I got an appointment quickly. Tina figured out the problem squickly & expertly repaired my hearing aid.

Iu2019m so pleased to make an appointment and come to the Waterloo office. The staff is friendly and so quick to fix a problem. I get an appointment quicker than the Marshalltownu2019s office (which is open one day a week) and I donu2019t have to walk thru a mall to get to it. I have trouble walking distances so i will always try Waterloo office which is a good 35 miles away vs Marshalltownu2019s office which is 21 miles away.

Fit me right in. Answered ?'s Did the test. Gave me my options. Tickled pink. Can't wait 4 hearing aids 2 come in!

I had an appointment at 10:30 AM and had ho wait time. The attendant serviced by hearing aid and wee had a brief visit and I was on my way. She was resourceful in my hearing questions, and provided other suggestions for my hearing.
