Wow, wow Eric is spot on as one of the best professional individual Iu2019ve seen in a very long time. He helped me to understand my loss and walked me through the whole hearing process. Caitlyn is spot one for his front desk PCC, what a sweet and charming individual. She got right on everything for me and made the process so smooth. I am extremely happy with Concept and all the great employees and their professionalism.

Eric Wolvers addressed my husband issues by listening to him and then addressing these problems one by one. The next day my husband said he could hear the birds again. The best was when he said he thought he had forgotten how to whistle but listen i just couldn't hear myself!!!!

First time, my husband had been into a hearing aid ofc for years and he took advantage of the free hearing test to see if he had more loss of hearing. We found the receptionist and Specialist Eric Wolver were so pleasant and friendly. We felt we were in the right place. Eric was so knowledgeable and we learned alot about how hearing loss can be a strong factor of dementia in older people. My husband is very satisfied with his new hearing aids and he can really tell the difference. He was happy I made the appointment to get the test and this has made his wife happy too! ud83dude09

Visited Eric at Concept for my bi-annual cleaning and check up. My hearing aids required a little more TLC this time and Eric was able to clean and replace the parts I needed in office. I feel that each appointment is thorough and I do not ever feel rushed. I always have very good service from this office and would recommend Concept to all that have a hearing loss and require hearing aids in order to have a better quality of life.

In recent years I work with Eric, he is so knowledgeable. He always takes time to ask me questions about how my devices are working in different environments to be able to make adjustments to further improve the effectiveness of my devices.
